Shipping and Order Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Orders typically arrive at your doorstep within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on production time and shipping delays.
For orders below the minimum order amount, a shipping fee will be applied for deliveries within North America. Larger orders may qualify for free shipping, which will be indicated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada and USA.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. Fuzzy Felt is not responsible for these charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@fuzzyfelt.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued minus the return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns if the Fuzzy Felt kit has been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@fuzzyfelt.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work toward a satisfactory solution.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
• Only one discount or promo can be applied per order.
• If an automatic discount is applied at checkout, entering a discount code will override it.
• Some items (such as custom or wholesale orders) may not qualify for discounts.
• Promotional discounts are time-sensitive, and we cannot retroactively apply discounts from past promotions.
PAYMENT PROCESSING AND TAX
Your payment is processed at checkout. We accept:
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club
• PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
Applicable sales taxes will be added based on your shipping and billing location.
Note: If purchasing from the USA, our company is based in Canada, so check with your bank if international transactions are restricted.
